Itinerary
  • Day 1

    Porto (arrival)

    In your arrival at Lisbon airport, our driver/guide will give you a warm welcome and will take you to your Hotel. Check-in and accommodation in Porto.

  • Day 2

    Porto

    Embark on a fascinating discovery of Porto, the second-largest and one of the most charismatic cities in Portugal, rich in cultural and artistic heritage. The half-day tour starts at 09:00 or 14:15 at São Bento Station and is conducted on foot, allowing for an immersive experience through the city.

    We begin with an introduction to the majestic Cathedral and proceed to the interior of the famous São Bento Station, renowned for its impressive tile panels depicting moments from the history of Portugal. 

    We will continue along the iconic Avenida dos Aliados, where the guide will highlight some of the city's most emblematic landmarks: the imposing Clérigos Tower, the Church of the Congregados, the symbolic statue of Dom Pedro IV, the historic McDonald's, and the Porto City Hall.

    Next, we will explore the authenticity of the Bolhão Market, known for its traditional and vibrant atmosphere. Afterward, we will proceed along the emblematic Rua de Santa Catarina, with a stop at the historic and elegant Majestic Café, before heading to the Batalha Square.

    Subsequently, we will cross the river to Vila Nova de Gaia, where we will visit the renowned wine cellars and enjoy a delightful tasting of the famous Port Wine.

    The last stop will be at the Porto Customs House, just a 10-minute walk from the picturesque Ribeira, where you can continue to explore the charm of this riverside city.

  • Day 3

    Porto / Amarante / Peso da Régua / Pinhão / Porto

    We begin our journey at São Bento Station. Travel comfortably towards the Douro Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. An enchanting landscape where green and gold intertwine, revealing nature in its pure essence!
    The Douro Region is renowned for producing excellent wines, including the famous Port Wine, cultivated for over 2,000 years.

    Our first stop is in Amarante, an important city in Christian history after the arrival of Saint Gonçalo. Explore the convent, the church, and the charms of the historic center. We continue our day with a stop at the Galafura viewpoint, standing 640 meters high, offering breathtaking views of the Douro River and the surrounding landscape.

    After contemplation, we will enjoy a traditional lunch, savoring the best of Douro's gastronomy. We will proceed to Pinhão, one of the most charming villages in the region, where we will take a 1-hour panoramic cruise on the Douro River, admiring the vineyards and natural landscapes.

    We conclude the day with a visit to a renowned winery, where we can taste excellent regional wines and learn about the Port Wine production process.

    We will comfortably return to Porto, appreciating the beautiful scenery along the way.

  • Day 4

    Porto / Guimarães / Braga / Porto

    On the 4th day of our magnificent Tour, we will visit the historic city of Braga, one of the oldest and most important religious cities in the world, known for its grand sanctuaries. We start with a visit to the Sanctuary of Bom Jesus do Monte, famous for its impressive staircase, which symbolizes the sacred path.

    Next, we descend to the center of Braga for a walking tour, where you can admire the exterior of iconic monuments such as the old Episcopal Palace, the Arch of the New Gate, the Garden of Santa Barbara, the Castle Fountain, among others, culminating in a visit to the Cathedral, the oldest in Portugal.

    After some free time, during which you can enjoy a delicious lunch (not included), the tour continues to Guimarães, the birthplace of Portugal. There, we will explore its stunning historic center, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

    The tour includes a visit to the imposing Castle of Guimarães.

  • Day 5

    Return

    After a great breakfast at the Hotel, our driver/guide will transfer you to Porto airport. End of our services.
