Portugal’s summer weather is great to enjoy relaxing holiday in the coast resorts, the sun is shining and temperature very high, but it’s too hot to do much exploring. The Algarve Coast boasts over 300 days of sunshine per year while Porto and Lisbon enjoy an average October temperature of 22°C, which is perfect to escape from the rainy autumn European weather.

In September, Portugal celebrates wine harvests. Vineyard owner keep their doors open to general public and even offer you to participate to the wine making process. Put off your shoes and join local people to smash freshly picked grapes with your feet… An unforgettable experience!
